Aggiornamento della bibliografia belliniana

Abstract
This is the fourth update to the bibliography that was published in the second issue of «Bollettino di studi belliniani» (II, 2016, pp. 66-93). The bibliography lists periodical articles, books, parts of collective works, conference proceedings, reviews, as well as theater programs about Vincenzo Bellini, his operas and their context, published up through November 2020; it also includes writings published before the fifth release of «Bollettino di studi belliniani» that were not cited in the previous issues. The list also cites conference papers while does not include printed music, discography, or videography. Compared with past updates, there is a significant decrease in the number of publications related to theatrical productions, reviews and theater programs, which in past bibliographical updates represented a consistent core of publications. This is due to the health emergency from Covid-19 and the consequent closure of theaters. The sources of information used by the author were digital repositories and databases, as well as printed bibliographies and private communications, which are still crucial in tracking down works of limited visibility.
